Rental Agreement
.Rental Duration: The minimum and maximum rental periods will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
.Rental Charges: Rental fees will be calculated based on the agreed rental duration and equipment type. All charges must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.
.Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals. This will be returned upon the satisfactory return of the equipment in working condition.
Equipment Usage
.Proper Use: All rented equipment must be used in accordance with the instructions provided and solely for lawful purposes.
.Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment. Any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the rental period must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.
.Return of Equipment: All equipment must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Maintenance and Services
.Routine Maintenance: The renter is responsible for basic care and upkeep of the rented equipment during the rental period.
.Services: Any malfunction or Service needs must be reported to ICSrent . Unauthorized Service or alterations are not permitted and may void any refund or deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
.Cancellation by Renter: Rental orders can be canceled before the equipment is dispatched. Cancellation after dispatch may result in partial or full rental charges being applied.
.Cancellation by ICS rent: We reserve the right to cancel any rental agreement due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
.Refunds: Refunds (excluding security deposits) will be processed after a review of the returned equipment’s condition.
Limitation of Liability
.ICS rent will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment. Our liability is limited to the rental charges paid by the customer.
Intellectual Property
.All content on our website, including text, images, is the intellectual property of icsrent.com and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our explicit permission.
